e) After Snap, Roll out same side of RB, before you throw to RB, get past Hash Mark
f) After RB gets ball, pitch ball to QB (LB/L1 Button).
g) After QB gets ball, throw to Right Outside WR. Do not get past LOS.
This will take some practice, view video to see where your QB should be, and avoid trying to have your QB slide (pay attention to how you are holding stick when ball is pitched back to QB. This will not work in Man Defense.
