a) Come Out in any Formation that you have 3 Lineman.
b) Make sure those lineman are the only ones trying to go after QB.
c) Pick any Coverage Formation. Run Commit (RB/R1 + Right Stick Down)
d) If Offense is running a passing play, the defense will drop back into coverage. If Offense Run, defense will automatically respond to the run.
Besides the 3 Lineman, if you blitz a fourth player, this won’t work.
